How to reach us, how fast you'll hear back, and what the first call looks like.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Usually within a few hours during business hours. If your request lands late in the evening or on a weekend, we'll reply first thing the next business day. Waiting longer than 24 hours almost never happens.
What time zone do you work in?
Our main office is in Toronto (EST/EDT) with a team in Ukraine (EET/EEST). That covers UTC-5 through UTC+3 — comfortable for US/Canada and European clients alike. We'll book the call in a slot that works for you.
Can I call directly without filling out a form?

Do I need to sign an NDA before the first talk?
Not required, but if your project needs confidentiality — just say so on first contact. We'll sign an NDA before you share any details. Standard practice for sensitive products and enterprise work.
How long is the first call and what gets covered?
Usually 15–30 minutes. We scope the task, clarify deliverables, and answer your questions. No sales pitch — just a focused conversation about what you need and how we can help.
What should I prepare for the first call?
Enough to explain the task: what you want to achieve, any inspiration examples, and rough timing. You don't need a brief, a deck, or an SOW — we'll help you shape those together based on the conversation.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes, the first call is free. After it you'll have a clear sense of our approach plus a rough estimate — with zero obligation on your side.
