This Privacy Policy describes how Arkan ("we," "our," "us") handles information when you use our YouTube channel management tooling and the Arkan Uploader application that connects to the YouTube Data API.

The Arkan Uploader application requests these Google OAuth scopes:
youtube.force-ssl — to read and manage channel metadata (title, description, playlists, video settings) belonging to the authenticated channel.youtube.upload — to upload video files, thumbnails, captions, and metadata to the authenticated channel.We only access data belonging to the single YouTube channel owned by the authenticated user. We do not access, view, or store data from other Google products, other YouTube channels, or other Google accounts.

We do not share, sell, trade, rent, or transfer any data obtained through Google APIs to third parties. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating our own YouTube channel.
OAuth refresh tokens are stored on our private server (Hetzner, EU) with file-system permissions restricted to a single operating-system user (chmod 600). Tokens are never transmitted to third parties. Tokens may be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We do not retain video content or channel metadata in our own databases beyond the time required to execute the upload or update operation. No analytics data from YouTube is stored long-term.
Arkan's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account permissions. Revocation is immediate and complete.
The Arkan Uploader is a server-side application that does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. Our public website (webcorelab.com/matrix) uses no third-party trackers.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top of this document indicates the last revision. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
